A maximum of 12 individual face to face sessions applies to this package with a 2 hour allotment for each session (you get to choose the subject and direction of each session).  This may also be inclusive of the following possibilities.

• Source quotes and act on your behalf as the point of contact for your chosen suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
• Work within your allocated budget in planning each detail of your wedding with constant review to ensure that your budget is maintained.
• Provide extensive checklists to assist in the planning of your wedding and keep you on track towards your perfect day.
• Assistance with seating allocation and layout of the reception venue.
• Setup of an itinerary and supplier contact list for the wedding day.
• Limited contact via phone and email.
• Invaluable tips along the way with unsurpassed industry knowledge and experience.
• Advice on traditions and etiquette and assistance to incorporate these and your own ideas and personal touches into the day
• Confirm all vendors a week before the wedding.
• Your wedding planner can attend any wedding related onsite excursions with you including venue inspection, menu tasting, dress fitting etc (a maximum of two bridal dress fittings applies to this package) as long as it is within your 12 sessions.
• A choice of the following sessions – selection of the ceremony and reception venues, photography, videography, the wedding gown, the grooms suit, theming and décor, flowers, the cake, the vehicles, hair and make up and honeymoon planning.
• Your wedding planner will NOT be available to attend and assist with all wedding related celebrations and functions as required including the planning of your bridal shower and bachelor/bachelorette party, the rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner coordination and wedding day coordination.
